Monaco delivered remarks on corporate criminal enforcement policy at an event hosted by the Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement at NYU Law. The memo, entitled “Further Revisions to Corporate Criminal Enforcement Policies Following Discussions with Corporate Crime Advisory Group,” is available on the DOJ website.
