Christopher Slobogin on Policing and Virtual Searches

The Lawfare Podcast recently featured Christopher Slobogin, Associate Reporter for Principles of the Law, Policing and director of the Criminal Justice Program at Vanderbilt Law, to discuss his new book Virtual Searches, Regulating the Covert World of Technological Policing. The book analyzes how the police utilize technology and proposes how to regulate the system.
